Following our A.G.M in September a new committee has been elected to the following roles
Annette Murray and Anne Cullinane
Events for the year are planned including the parents helping with the Santa Visit, the annual christmas raffle, the communion breakfast and the new parents coffee morning in June.
Fundraising will be carried out throughout the year, with the annual Christmas Market and raffle, a planned Cookery Demonstration in February and possibly Bag Packing and Cake Sale as options. Parents will be asked for help on these occasions as some fundraising may have to be carried out for the new school building.
Thanks was given by the assembled parents for all the hardwork and committment by the outgoing committe, Chairperson MarieO'Sullivan, Secretary Patricia Delaney and Treasurer Deirdre Fehily. The committee thanked in turn, all those who helped, turned up for all fundraisers and gave of their time for the school during their term in office.
On a final note, thanks was given to all those who baked, helped and donated to the Parents Association Marymount Hospice Coffee morning which raised €1200 for this worthy cause.
